Environment Canada and Health Canada opened a consultation on a Proposed Approach to address Nanoscale Forms of Substances in the Domestic Substances List. Established under the Canadian Environmental Protection Act (CEPA 1999), the DSL lists substances that are manufactured in or imported into Canada, substances that are not listed are considered new.
