Update 20170327: NIA Comments to the SE KEMI Consultation
The NIA Comments have been submitted and received by KEMI on 24 March, 2017.
The Swedish Chemical Agency (Kemikalieinspektionen, KEMI) launched in the Autumn of 2016 a consultation reporting requirements for nanomaterials in products aimed for the Swedish market.
NIA has made a translation of the Swedish proposed rules, as well as provided a draft assessment/comments on the proposal.
The NIA comments are now circulated to NIA Members for their views and input. The deadline for providing comments to NIA is 17 March 2017 by sending a message to David Carlander. The comments, once finalised after input from NIA Members, will be sent to KEMI by 24 March 2017.
