On behalf of its Members, NIA is putting together a coordinated response to the European Commission consultation on the regulatory fitness check of chemicals legislation (excluding REACH).
This consultation covers a number of EU regulations that already address nanomaterials such as the Cosmetic Products Regulation (1223/2009) and the Biocidal Products Regulation (528/2012).
NIA Members are invited to comment on the draft NIA response to the consultation. Input can be submitted as comments in the document or in the body of an email and should be sent to Guillaume Flament (guillaume.flament@nanotechia.org) by 26 May 2016, 18.00 CET.
