NIA's Global Regulatory Monitoring Database has been updated to reflect important updates from REACH and other regulatory frameworks within the EU. Updates for Members include:
- ECHA Guidance Appendix for nanoforms
- Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals - 1907/2006 REACH Annex Updates for nanoforms
- REACH Annex II (Safety Data Sheet) update
- Regulation on organic production and labelling of organic products
- Guidance on the risk assessment of the application of nanoscience and nanotechnologies in the food and feed chain
