The UK Health and Safety Executive has published latest guidance for the chemicals sector regarding requirements for materials following the end of the Brexit transition period on January 1st, 2021.
The guideance covers:
- Biocides - Authorisation of biocidal substances and products
- CLP - Classification, labelling and packaging of substances and chemicals
- PIC - Prior informed consent
- PPP - Pesticides or Plant Protection Products
- REACH - Registration, evaluation, authorisation and restriction of chemicals
