DG ENV has commissioned a study in the context of the targeted revision of the CLP Regulation (Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 on the classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures) and related impact assessment.
The work includes an online survey to gather the views of stakeholders affected by the Regulation and its potential changes, which is open for feedback until December 22. The input received will be used to identify and clarify issues with the implementation of the Regulation, design policy options to address them, and assess their economic, social and environmental impacts. All interested stakeholders are invited to contribute.
