The European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) has launched a survey through a subcontractor (NovaMechanics Ltd) on the state of the art of carbon-based nanomaterial detection and quantification in environmental and biological matrices. The survey is part of a study which objective is to provide EUON and its stakeholders with an overview of available methods on the characterisation, detection and quantification of nanomaterials in complex matrices, as well as an insight into their readiness for standardisation.
