The Yordas Group, through its Principal Consultant Dr. Neil Hunt and co-authors, has recently published a scientific article examining the 2018 REACH revisions, which introduced nanomaterial-specific clarifications and provisions. The study focuses on multicomponent nanomaterials (MCNM), assessing REACH's regulatory preparedness to address them and highlighting areas where obligations remain uncertain or unclear.
The article concludes with recommendations for potential amendments to REACH to better accommodate MCNM.
