NIA has today submitted our position on the European Commission proposal for amending the REACH Annexes to address nanoform substances.
In short, NIA welcomes the draft proposal from the European Commission as it clarifies that nanomaterials are explicitly included in the REACH Regulation via specifics detailed in its Annexes. However, with regard to specifics, NIA and its Members have several comments and suggestions for improvements.
