The EU Joint Research Centre dropped two certified reference materials on June 25—titanium dioxide and barium sulfate powders. These materials help labs across Europe get more accurate results when identifying and measuring nanomaterials. They're designed to support the European Commission's 2022 nanomaterial definition recommendation, giving industry standardized benchmarks for regulatory compliance.
