The European Commission has opened the public consultation on the targeted revision of Regulation (EC) 1907/2006 concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH Regulation).
The goal of the targeted revision, which was announced in the 2020 Chemicals Strategy for Sustainability, is to ensure that the provisions of the Regulation reflect the Strategy ambitions in terms of innovation and a high level of protection of health and the environment.
